Pure and unpasteurized, Nicola Valley Gourmet Honey is produced by bees on unsprayed ranch lands in the stunning Nicola Valley, which surround Merritt, B.C.
 
The fine quality, flavour and texture of the honey are a result of a combination of climate, soils and flowers, typical to the southern interior dry belt region.
